ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use VEXARIUM solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish any data, analyses, or outputs obtained from the tool without prior written permission. You may not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service, its API, or its underlying infrastructure.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you provide or save within the service.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Paid subscription tiers are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All amounts are in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VEXARIUM, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation a breach of these terms. You may discontinue use of the service at any time by ceasing to access it.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is Nuremberg, Germany, provided you are a merchant or a legal entity under public law. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
